With over 20 years’ experience DeEtta has provided business analysis consulting and services. She has established Business Analysis Centers of Excellence BACoE, developed a Business Analyst Competency Program including the competency assessment, individual training/development plans, business analysis courses and is the author of the e-Analyst Redbook series.

DeEtta has expertise in all phases of the solution delivery life cycle with substantial practical experience in business process analysis, requirements management and software implementation. She has a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Adult Education.  She is an active member of the International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA).
